Coming from a family of first generation Americans, Diana realizes how important immigration issues are both personally and professionally. During her eight years of practicing immigration law, Diana has helped both family and friends through this very personal experience. To effectively guide clients through each step of the immigration process, Diana takes the time to get to know her clients individually, taking a flexible approach to face challenges head-on and provide insightful solutions. At the beginning of each case, Diana looks for ways to incorporate strategies that not only simplify the process but more importantly, ensure its success while adhering to the highest professional standards.
With more than eight years of professional experience, Diana began her own practice in 2012, representing both corporate and individual clients. She provides a wide range of services including, but not limited to, professional work visas, family based green card applications, naturalization and citizenship matters, and deferred action for childhood arrivals. Emphasizing inclusiveness, her clientele ranges across a broad spectrum of professions and industries including entertainment, interior design, hospitality, fashion, advertising, business, and retail.
On a pro bono basis, Diana has successfully represented a minor from El Salvador seeking special immigrant juvenile status in family and immigration court. By requesting the court to allow the minor to file for adjustment of status, he was able to obtain legal permanent resident status and continues to hold his green card to this day.
